Service Terms & Scope

1. Complete Brand & Website Package (One-Time)
This package includes the design and development of your brand identity and website as outlined in the agreed project scope. This includes brand assets, website design, and a fully built website ready for launch.
Upon completion, all final files and relevant access are handed over to you, including CMS setup and a handover guide where applicable.
This package includes one structured revision round. Any additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Hosting, domain purchase, deployment, and ongoing maintenance are not included. You are responsible for managing and maintaining your website unless you choose to add the Website Care Plan.
2. Website Care Plan (Optional Add-On)
The Website Care Plan provides ongoing management of your website for a fixed monthly fee.
While active, we handle the technical operation of your website, including hosting, deployment, monitoring, and general maintenance to ensure it remains secure, accessible, and running smoothly.
This plan includes:
- Managed hosting and deployment
- Security and basic attack protection
- 24/7 uptime monitoring
- Priority support
- Domain setup and ongoing domain management
This plan covers maintenance, monitoring, and minor updates only. It does not include major design changes, new feature development, additional pages, or significant content updates unless otherwise agreed.
3. Domain Costs
Domain setup and management are included as part of the Website Care Plan. However, domain purchase and renewal fees are not included and are billed separately based on the selected domain and current provider pricing.
4. Email Setup (Google Workspace)
We can set up a professional domain email (e.g. hello@yourdomain.com) using Google Workspace.
Google Workspace is billed per user (per email account) and is not included in the Website Care Plan. Pricing is determined by Google and typically starts at approximately €7–€8 EUR or $6–10 USD per user per month.
5. Usage & Third-Party Costs
The Website Care Plan is designed for typical small to medium business websites.
If usage (such as traffic, bandwidth, or email volume) significantly exceeds normal levels, additional costs may apply. In such cases, we will always communicate clearly and agree on any adjustments in advance.
All third-party services (including hosting providers, domain registrars, and email platforms) are subject to their own pricing and terms.
6. Support & Communication
We aim to provide clear, responsive, and plain-language communication throughout both the project and any ongoing service.
Priority support means requests are handled ahead of non-priority work, but does not guarantee immediate or real-time response.
Requests outside the scope of the Website Care Plan may be quoted separately.
7. Payment & Non-Payment
All fees must be paid in full and on time as agreed.
In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend services, including hosting and website availability, until payment is received.
Continued non-payment may result in termination of the Website Care Plan.
8. Termination & Handover
You may cancel the Website Care Plan at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments already made for the current period are non-refundable.
For example, if your subscription renews on the 13th of each month and you cancel on the 20th, your service will remain active until the next billing date, after which it will not renew.
We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service in cases of non-payment, misuse of the service, or unreasonable or abusive requests.
Upon cancellation or termination, we will provide a reasonable handover of assets and access required for you to continue independently. This includes transferring your domain (if managed by us) and providing necessary website access.
Any third-party services (such as domains or email accounts) remain the responsibility of the client after cancellation.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we take reasonable care to ensure your website remains secure and operational, we are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business resulting from downtime, third-party failures, or unforeseen technical issues.
10. Pricing
All pricing is as outlined on our website or in a separate written agreement provided prior to the start of the project.
All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
